Quick answers
-
How do I claim my restaurant's listing?Find your restaurant and claim it free — it takes about five minutes. We then verify you're connected to the restaurant (usually within 48 hours) and send you a magic link so you can manage the page yourself: description, photos, opening hours, website, social links and more. -
Something on my listing is wrong — what should I do?Fastest route: open your restaurant's page and use the "Spotted a mistake?" card. Reports arrive attached to the exact page, which makes them quicker to check and fix. Anything else — closures, removals, general questions — use the form below.
-
Where does your restaurant data come from?Names, addresses and hygiene ratings come from the UK Food Standards Agency's public registers and are refreshed weekly. We don't publish reviews, and owner-supplied details always take priority once a listing is claimed. How our data works →

Can I have my restaurant removed from ThaiData?Yes. If your restaurant has closed, or you'd simply rather not be listed, send us a message and we'll handle it — we'll confirm when it's done.
-
How quickly do you reply?Usually within a few hours on weekdays. ThaiData is run by one person, so every message is read carefully — and occasionally takes a little longer on busy days.

Press, partnerships or data requests?Use the same form — mention "press", "partnership" or "data" in your message and we'll route it properly.
